We encourage you to explore, while visiting Enfield NC. There are many unique places to enjoy a walk, fish, hike, bike, or even go on horseback. Links to some of our favorite locations appear below.

However please note that most of these locations have private access only. Special permission is given to Bellamy Manor guests for access.

BELLAMY’S MILL LAKE

Take a ride from Bellamy Manor Bed and Breakfast (A) to Bellamy Lake (B) and enjoy one of our kayaks or our canoe. There is some great fishing on Bellamy Lake, though you will need a Fishing License.

FISHING CREEK

Another great place to fish or swim is Fishing Creek at Millpond Dam (C above), which is about 1 mile downstream (East) of Bellamy Lake. There are many other great spots to fish along Fishing Creek. When was the last time you took a dip in a good ole fashioned swimming hole.

GOLF

If you’re up for some activity on the green, there are two great golf courses within 25 minutes of Enfield. Hickory Meadows Golf to the West of Enfield, and Scot Field Golf to the East.
