We encourage you to explore, while visiting Enfield NC. There are many unique places to enjoy a walk, fish, hike, bike, or even go on horseback. Links to some of our favorite locations appear below.
BELLAMY’S MILL LAKE
Take a ride from Bellamy Manor Bed and Breakfast (A) to Bellamy Lake (B) and enjoy one of our kayaks or our canoe. There is some great fishing on Bellamy Lake, though you will need a Fishing License. See a map below:
FISHING CREEK
Another great place to fish or swim is Fishing Creek at Millpond Dam (C above), which is about 1 mile downstream (East) of Bellamy Lake. There are many other great spots to fish along Fishing Creek. When was the last time you took a dip in a good ole fashioned swimming hole? See a satellite view below:
GOLF
If you’re up for some activity on the green, there are two great golf courses within 25 minutes of Enfield (B below). Hickory Meadows Golf (A) to the West of Enfield, and Scot Field Golf (C) to the East.
FRESH PEANUTS
Don’t forget to pick up a fresh bag of delicious Aunt Ruby’s Peanuts at the their facility, the A&B Milling Factory, right here in Enfield at 200 Halifax St.
