Smoking

Bellamy Manor & Gardens is in most locations a non-smoking environment.  There is no smoking allowed inside the manor house or on the rear upper or lower porches.  Cigar and pipe smoking is allowed on the front porch.  Cigarette smoking is allowed in the rear garden gazebo.

Credit Cards Accepted

Bellamy Manor and Gardens Bed & Breakfast accepts Master Card, VISA and American Express. 

Deposits & Cancellations

All Reservations must be secured with a credit card, and a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancellations incur an administrative fee of $30 per room. If a reservation is cancelled 30 or more days in advance, a full refund less the administrative fee, is applied.  If the reservation is cancelled 3-29 days in advance, the deposit is forfeited unless the room can be booked.  If reservation is cancelled less than 3 days in advance, full charges will be applied.

It is strongly recommended to carry travel insurance should your trip be interrupted.
